Data Scientist

Join Allstate as a Data Scientist to build predictive models that drive business decisions across claims, underwriting, pricing, and marketing. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into analytical solutions, develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of predictive models for LTV, Loss Cost, pricing, retention, and profitability
• Translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions with stakeholders
• Develop, validate, and maintain advanced machine learning and statistical models
• Deploy and operationalize models using Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Fabric
• Communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide thought leadership on customer value, risk, profitability, and growth opportunities
