Execute R&D projects across diverse portfolios including new processing technologies and ingredients
Manage product development lifecycles from idea conception through plant commercialization
Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations
Lead product development projects from concept to commercialization
Conduct trials in pilot plants and manufacturing locations
Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related field required
