Manager, Machine Learning

Lead a team of Machine Learning Engineers to build and operate production-grade ML systems for Toyota Financial Services. You will set technical direction, ensure operational reliability, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong people leader who can translate business needs into data-driven solutions and drive the ML engineering roadmap.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Machine Learning Engineering team
• Set technical direction for ML systems, focusing on reliability and governance
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver data-driven capabilities
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, reliable ML systems on cloud platforms
• Define and maintain the ML engineering roadmap and operating model
• Raise the engineering bar through MLOps best practices and responsible AI
