Data Scientist Lead

Lead a team of data scientists to solve complex business problems using data analysis, machine learning, and advanced analytics. You will consult with internal departments to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve member experience for 17 million members.

• Solve business problems using data analysis and machine learning
• Partner with business teams to understand challenges and deliver insights
• Pull, curate, and analyze data from enterprise platforms using SQL and Python
• Apply statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and causal inference
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
