Sr Machine Learning Engineer

Disney Experiences Technology is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for their entertainment and vacation brands. This role focuses on building and operationalizing an AI enablement platform, including generative AI capabilities, agentic systems, and responsible AI applications. You will own the operational backbone of the AI/ML platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Design and run CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML platform
• Implement observability and monitoring for model performance
• Develop and operationalize production-scale AI systems and agentic workflows
• Own the AI/ML lifecycle from implementation to monitoring
• Design and implement Responsible AI frameworks and LLM evaluation systems
• Champion MLOps and LLMOps best practices
