Join CVS Health as a Staff Software Development Engineer to build next-generation conversational AI experiences using agentic AI systems. You will lead the architecture and development of our AI-powered Platform Chat product, enabling AI agents to collaborate, reason, and execute multi-step workflows. This hands-on role involves close collaboration with product, data science, and engineering teams.
What we are looking for

- Develop agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and workflow automation
- Integrate LLM APIs and enterprise tools
- Drive architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Build systems for observability, safety, and performance monitoring
