About this role

Lila Sciences is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to collaborate with ML Engineers and Researchers on building and maintaining software for ML workflows and research tooling. You will design and implement high-performance ML libraries, CI/CD pipelines, and data ingestion systems, working with technologies like Python, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools.

What we are looking for

Design and build high-performance ML libraries
Implement CI/CD pipelines and integration tests for ML workflows
Architect repository designs following consistent standards
Support debugging, logging, and maintenance for Ray-based compute environments
Develop data ingestion pipelines linking lab data to ML teams
Minimum 8 years of experience in Python or Go
