Senior Manager, Infrastructure Data Science

Lead a team of data scientists to shape Databricks' infrastructure through advanced data science techniques. You will focus on capacity planning, performance optimization, reliability, and efficiency, partnering with engineering leaders to drive data-driven insights and solutions for complex infrastructure challenges.

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on infrastructure planning for scalability and cost-effectiveness
• Promote data-driven infrastructure decisions across engineering and support teams
• Implement solutions to identify, predict, and mitigate infrastructure risks and failures
• Spearhead analyses to improve resource utilization efficiency and reduce costs
• Establish data frameworks to accelerate product issue resolution and enhance customer experience
