Verdantas is seeking a mission-driven AI Engineer to develop and deliver AI-enabled solutions for national security. You will work across the full technology stack, from intelligent backend services to modern front-end interfaces, building reliable, scalable, and secure applications. This role is at the intersection of generative AI, agentic systems, and full stack software engineering, requiring strong technical depth and communication skills.

- Ideate, prototype, and deliver AI-enabled solutions for national security objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Next.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, and OpenSearch
- Utilize generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and prompt engineering
- Develop agentic AI solutions, including MCP and tool development
- Build and maintain Docker images and deploy applications in OpenShift
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate needs into technical solutions
