Research Scientist (x/f/m)

Doctolib is seeking a Research Scientist to join their AI Research Lab in Paris. This role involves building and publishing models of patient health using large-scale health data, with the potential for these models to be deployed in products used by millions. The position offers the opportunity to influence the direction of a founding-stage research lab and see research results directly improve patient care.

• Design and train models of patient health from medical history
• Model patient health evolution and response to care, including causal reasoning
• Develop evaluation methods for model calibration, robustness, and privacy
• Collaborate with data science and product teams to integrate research into clinical features
• Publish research at leading machine learning and health informatics venues
• Engage with the international community through open collaboration and releases
