About this role

As a Staff Engineer, Agentic AI, you will lead the development of intelligent agents designed to assist mechanical engineers with complex workflows in desktop software. You'll be a hands-on technical leader, shaping agent architecture, connecting user needs to product development, and optimizing performance and cost efficiency.

What we are looking for

Lead development of agent intelligence for complex engineering workflows
Own agent task success metrics and build evaluation infrastructure
Make architecture decisions for LLM agents (tool calling, state management, etc.)
Set technical direction and mentor a small engineering team
7+ years SWE experience, 2+ years shipping LLM agents
Deep LLM application architecture and Python experience
