Applied Machine Learning Scientist

Workiva is seeking an early-career Applied Scientist to join our AI and Machine Learning team. You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that create business and customer value, working closely with experienced professionals. • Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions
• Build, evaluate, and iterate on ML models and experiments
• Prepare data, engineer features, and train models
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python or R
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product managers
• Learn and apply MLOps, cloud, and testing practices
