Senior ML Engineer, Biologics Discovery - BE

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join their Biologics Discovery Data Science team. This role focuses on integrating, deploying, and managing machine learning models and AI solutions within the discovery environment, bridging the gap between data and functional models for scientists. You will ensure the reliable operation of AI/ML capabilities that accelerate scientific learning and therapeutic discovery.

• Build and operate scalable pipelines for ML, generative AI, and agentic workflows
• Enable closed-loop scientific learning with data capture and governance
• Establish reliable operational capabilities for model deployment and lifecycle management
• Implement model, data, and workflow versioning with reproducible releases
• Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting for ML workflows
• Partner with data scientists and domain experts to establish integration patterns
