About this role

Join Securian Financial's Enterprise Data and Analytics team as an AI Engineer to shape and advance AI platforms and technologies at scale. You will lead experimentation, evaluate emerging AI, and consult across the business to ensure scalable, sustainable, and secure AI solutions.

What we are looking for

Champion selection and lifecycle management of AI platforms, frameworks, and tools
Serve as internal SME on enterprise AI platform architecture
Experiment with new AI services and foundation models
Partner with AI delivery teams to guide solution design
Document and coach teams on AI platform standards and best practices
Ensure AI platforms are secure, compliant, cost-efficient, and resilient
