Carrier is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered engineering solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable software products that enhance engineering productivity and drive digital transformation initiatives.

What we are looking for

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software applications
Contribute to AI/ML-enabled solutions and automation workflows
Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or AI agents
Experience with Python, React, Node.js, Docker, and Kubernetes
Exposure to MLOps and cloud-native architectures
