Head of Data

Philo is seeking a Head of Data to lead and evolve their data team, including data scientists, engineers, and analysts. This role will ensure all departments have access to reliable data insights to drive business goals and will oversee the data platform's quality and performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering and business teams to support product goals and manage the data team's growth and development.
