Scientist/Sr. Scientist, Molecular Biology

Zealand Pharma is seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist in Molecular Biology to join their new Molecular Platform Development team in Cambridge, MA. This role focuses on building high-throughput vector design and molecular cloning capabilities to support drug discovery, enabling display technologies and structural biology.

• Design and construct expression vectors at high throughput
• Generate constructs for challenging target classes like GPCRs
• Engineer mammalian and host cell lines using CRISPR-Cas9
• Support display selection campaigns and molecular interaction studies
• Apply cell line engineering for in vitro pharmacology assays
• PhD preferred, 2+ years relevant experience
