Lead Machine Learning Engineer

May Mobility is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to enhance their autonomous vehicle technology. You will design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art ML models for driving and simulation, leveraging emerging techniques. This role involves leading small teams and defining best practices for large-scale ML operations.

• Design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art ML models
• Leverage emerging techniques in VLA, World, or Foundation models
• Lead small cross-functional engineering teams
• Define data balance, training, and evaluation practices
• Architect and train VLA, MMLM, or Generative World Models
• Analyze and address long-tail failure cases in large models
