Staff Engineer, AI/ML

As a Staff Engineer on the AI/ML team, you will develop and productionize advanced machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive fault analysis, and AI-defined KPIs in telecom networks. You will also build and maintain the AI harness infrastructure for training, evaluation, inference, and monitoring, ensuring models are robust and reliable in production.

• Develop and productionize multivariate time-series anomaly detection models
• Build forecasting and classification models for predictive fault analysis
• Own models across the operations lifecycle, from framing to production monitoring
• Build reproducible training, experiment-tracking, and hyperparameter-tuning workflows
• Design rigorous offline and online evaluation frameworks for models
• Deploy low-latency, high-availability inference services and model monitoring
