Intern - HBM Data Scientist

As a Data Science Intern at Micron, you will apply advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI technologies to solve complex semiconductor manufacturing challenges. You will work with time-series analytics, change-point detection, and large language models to identify patterns in data and develop AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making.

• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to manufacturing data
• Develop and evaluate AI agents and LLM-enabled workflows
• Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python
• Build reproducible analytics, visualizations, and dashboards
• Present technical findings to engineering partners
• Pursuing a degree in a quantitative field with strong Python and SQL skills
