Director, Data Science

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Director of Data Science to lead an analytics agile squad. This role will leverage data science, GenAI, and AI capabilities to enhance business decision-making across Sales, Underwriting, and Health Capabilities. You will build and develop a team, foster innovation, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

• Lead advanced analytics and GenAI solution development
• Translate business problems into analytics product requirements
• Develop and scale reusable GenAI capabilities
• Explore Agentic AI for process augmentation
