Join Collins Aerospace as a Sr. AI/ML Engineer to build and operate a private AI infrastructure, focusing on LLMs and RAG systems for internal knowledge. You will develop specialized AI applications, manage MLOps pipelines, and guide projects from concept to production, ensuring data sovereignty and privacy.

- Design, build, and operate on-premise/private cloud AI infrastructure
- Implement and optimize LLMs and RAG systems
- Develop and integrate AI applications for engineering and production
- Manage MLOps pipelines including training, fine-tuning, and deployment
- Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, and hardware resources
- Consult on AI use cases and lead projects from PoC to rollout
