AI Scientist — Commerce Labs

Salesforce is seeking an AI Scientist for its Commerce Labs team to design, prototype, and ship machine learning systems for agentic commerce products. This role involves working with real-world data and production traffic to develop AI solutions that enhance customer and merchant experiences on the Commerce Cloud platform.

• Design and build agentic ML systems that learn from ongoing interaction
• Run applied research experiments end-to-end
• Prototype quickly and iterate on proofs of concept
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and researchers
• Stay current with latest ML and AI research
• Proficient in Python and ML tooling (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
