Machine Learning Engineering Lead

Lead machine learning engineering efforts to design, deploy, and operate AI/ML, LLM, and RAG solutions for legal content products. You will provide technical direction on architecture, MLOps, and responsible AI, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate these capabilities into business-critical platforms. This role focuses on technical leadership and innovation without direct reports.

• Design, build, and operate production AI/ML and LLM-based services
• Implement RAG, semantic search, embeddings, and agentic workflows
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities with enterprise systems and AWS services
• Establish evaluation and quality controls for AI solutions
• Mentor engineers on AI/ML engineering and MLOps practices
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve cycle time
