Senior Machine Learning Engineer

You will integrate new technologies and methods, working at the intersection of AI engineering, software engineering, and cloud architecture to create scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions. This role requires a hands-on builder who can translate ambiguous business needs into practical AI solutions and establish the technical foundation for scaling successful innovations.

• Build scalable AI proof-of-concepts with a clear path to enterprise-scale solutions
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Design and implement modern AI systems using LLMs, agentic workflows, and RAG
• Rapidly validate feasibility, value, and technical risks of AI solutions
• Create reusable technical assets like reference architectures and documentation
• Raise the technical bar through strong engineering practices and mentorship
