Bioinformatician Staff Scientist

Georgetown University Medical Center seeks a Bioinformatics Scientist to support metabolomics studies. This role involves experimental design, LC-MS data analysis, and developing bioinformatics pipelines for pre and post-processing. You will collaborate with wet-lab scientists to integrate various omics data and ensure data integrity for federally funded projects.

• Process raw LC-MS and GC-MS data
• Develop bioinformatics pipelines for data pre and post-processing
• Perform advanced statistical and bioinformatics analyses
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists on experimental design
• Integrate omics data including transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics
• Ensure data integrity and perform batch corrections
