The HEART Initiative at UW-Madison seeks a Research Scientist to translate human-systems engineering research into real-world impact. You will work with industry partners, conduct assessments, lead R&D efforts, and secure funding. This role is ideal for a scientist passionate about bridging research and practical application.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct literature reviews and disseminate research
• Develop grant applications and proposals
• Collect and analyze research data
• Facilitate scholarly events and presentations
• Assist in identifying research problems and methodologies
