Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Grailed is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to develop and manage production ML models for their peer-to-peer marketplace. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the ML lifecycle, from architecture and training to deployment and ongoing model health, focusing on improving search, recommendations, and user-facing experiences.

• Own full lifecycle of predictive models in production
• Build and operate systems for model output integration
• Establish model monitoring, alerting, and retraining cadences
• Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product Management
• Contribute to ML infrastructure decisions
• Set technical standards for ML systems
