Software Engineer, Applied AI Research

Hightouch is seeking applied AI research engineers to innovate in agentic AI marketing applications, focusing on image and video generation. This role involves rapid prototyping and experimentation with generative AI to enhance customer growth, rather than theoretical research. Strong technical skills in backend architecture or probabilistic systems, along with product intuition, are essential.

• Develop proofs of concept for AI integration in marketing workflows
