AI Engineer

Regal Rexnord is seeking an AI Engineer to design and develop full-stack applications with a focus on GenAI features. You will build internal AI assistants, chatbots, and automation tools using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines. This role involves backend development, API integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, React, and modern web practices
• Build GenAI features with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI patterns
• Develop internal AI assistants, chatbots, and workflow automation tools
• Implement backend services, API integrations, and data processing logic
• Work with AI platforms like Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and AWS Bedrock
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to deliver software features
