About this role

Lead the development and application of AI and machine learning within Pfizer's Internal Medicine Research Unit. This role focuses on translating advances in foundation models and agentic systems into reusable capabilities to enhance scientific discovery and decision-making, shaping the AI portfolio and adoption across the unit.

Provide AI/ML technical leadership for AIM2
Advance and apply LLMs, agentic systems, and multimodal AI
Lead technical evaluation and development of AI capabilities
Serve as a senior technical and scientific leader
Design, develop, and apply reusable AI-enabled capabilities
Partner with scientific and digital teams for deployment and adoption
