Senior AI Engineer – Applied AI & Data Science

Voya Financial is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI applications using Snowflake's AI Data Cloud. This role involves developing solutions with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents, exploring data for AI opportunities, and ensuring responsible AI practices. The position offers a hybrid work environment and focuses on transforming business challenges into production-ready AI solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications using Snowflake Cortex AI, Cortex Search, and Cortex Agents
• Build enterprise copilots, conversational AI assistants, and intelligent search applications
• Explore enterprise datasets to identify AI opportunities and assess data readiness for RAG and semantic search
• Design and implement enterprise RAG architectures and AI agents
• Develop scalable applications using Python, SQL, Snowpark, and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and establish enterprise AI architecture standards
