Materials Research Engineer

Intel is seeking a Materials Research Engineer to develop innovative solutions for future technology roadmaps. This role involves driving research in device physics, materials, and chemistry to create novel devices, packages, and systems. You will evaluate tradeoffs, provide process solutions, plan experiments, and manage vendor relationships.

• Drives research in device physics, materials, chemistry, and process innovations
• Evaluates device, circuit, and system tradeoffs for performance improvements
• Provides process solutions across fabrication modules
• Plans and executes experiments across fabrication sites
• Manages vendor relationships supporting R&D
