AI Research Scientist (Remote)

CrowdStrike is seeking an AI Research Scientist to join their Data Science team and build the next generation of agentic systems for cybersecurity. You will work at the intersection of Machine Learning, Big Data, and Cybersecurity, training models and building AI agents to automate analyst procedures and improve security tasks. This role requires deep expertise in modern machine learning research, generative models, and reinforcement learning.

• Work at the intersection of AI and Threat Research
• Post-train LLMs and agents using RLHF/RLAIF, PPO/GRPO/DPO
• Devise AI agents and combine them into complex workflows
• Research new approaches to agentic planning
• Establish objective criteria for benchmarking agentic systems
• Optimize prompts and inference for LLMs
