Research Scientist III

Lonza is seeking a Research Scientist III to lead experimental design, execution, and interpretation for process development and optimization within a GMP environment. This role involves developing innovative analytical methods, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and authoring regulatory documents. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior scientists, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality medicines.

• Lead experimental design, execution, and interpretation in a GMP environment
• Develop and implement innovative analytical methods for drug substance and product
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose solutions
• Author and review technical reports and regulatory documents
• Mentor junior scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ph.D. or M.S./B.S. with extensive relevant industry experience in biopharmaceutical development
