Senior AI/ML Scientist

Vanguard's EAiR team is seeking a Senior AI Research Scientist to conduct innovative research in areas like Large Language Models and Agentic AI. You will collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product managers to advance AI technologies and apply them to real-world financial scenarios.

• Conduct research in Large Language Models, Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning, Knowledge Graph, and Responsible AI
• Publish findings to top AI/ML conferences
• Build industry-leading algorithms for LLM finetuning, Autonomous Agents, Knowledge Graph, and Generative AI
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain data and machine learning solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and design innovative solutions
• Master's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of AI/ML research experience
