Associate AI Engineer

T-Mobile is seeking an Associate AI Engineer to support the development and optimization of AI models for customer service automation. This role involves prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integrating AI solutions into production systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI capabilities and improve customer interactions.

• Support building agentic AI systems using Generative AI models and APIs
• Optimize AI system performance through prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Develop software components, scripts, and pipelines for AI model deployment
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
• Collaborate with senior engineers and business experts
• Stay updated on LLM advancements and AI orchestration frameworks
