Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Freenome is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Research Engineer to develop and deploy infrastructure for deep learning pipelines using massive-scale genomic data. You will optimize distributed training, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to early cancer detection.

• Implement and refine DL pipelines on distributed computing platforms
• Collaborate with ML scientists and software engineers
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize DL model training pipelines
• Develop and maintain robust and reproducible DL pipelines
• Drive performance improvements across the stack
• MS or equivalent experience in a quantitative field with AI/ML emphasis
