Engineer I: AI Engineer

RTX is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise AI capabilities using large language models and modern software engineering practices. This hands-on role involves developing production-grade solutions, integrating AI applications, and prototyping emerging technologies to solve real business and engineering problems.

• Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI applications
• Develop LLM-powered applications and intelligent agents
• Build and improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Integrate AI applications with APIs and enterprise systems
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies
• Contribute to AI observability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices
