Student Technician

Agrilife Research is seeking a Student Technician to assist with daily lab operations and multidisciplinary research projects. This role involves hands-on support in analytical chemistry, biological engineering, food science, or clinical research, including sample preparation, basic lab work, equipment maintenance, and maintaining lab cleanliness. The position is ideal for current Texas A&M students pursuing a science-related degree.

• Assist researchers with daily lab tasks and experimental workflows
• Prepare and process samples for analysis
• Perform basic lab work such as weighing, pipetting, and logging data
• Maintain lab cleanliness and upkeep of equipment
• Follow lab safety guidelines and SOPs
