HPE Labs - AI/ML Engineer (Technical Lead)

Lead high-impact AI/ML initiatives from concept to production within HPE Labs. You will own technical direction, build scalable architectures, and establish reusable patterns to accelerate AI adoption across the company. This hands-on role requires strong technical expertise and excellent people skills to drive innovation and mentor engineers.

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML use cases, including LLM and agentic approaches
• Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure AI production systems
• Create reusable patterns and architectures to accelerate future AI deliveries
• Partner across business units and engineering teams to drive AI adoption
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers
• Shape team practices for AI intake, prioritization, and delivery
