Clera is seeking an AI Infrastructure / Product Engineer to bridge the gap between AI research and practical legal tools. You will build and deploy robust evaluation systems, backend services, and product features to measure and enhance applied AI in production environments. This role is crucial for transforming experimental AI into reliable, user-facing applications.

What we are looking for

Build evaluation pipelines for AI model accuracy, latency, and cost
Develop production retrieval, drafting, and agent workflows
Create dashboards for system performance monitoring
Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure and backend services
3+ years of experience in production systems engineering
Strong Python skills and cloud deployment experience
