AI Engineer - Forward Deployed Engineer Associate Manager · Databricks · Reinvention Centers

As an AI Engineer, you will embed directly with clients to design and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions on the Databricks platform. You will act as both a technologist and trusted advisor, rapidly prototyping and operationalizing agentic workflows to solve complex business challenges.

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents and RAG systems on Databricks
• Build data and feature foundations on the Lakehouse for production AI applications
• Deploy agentic applications across industries like finance, healthcare, and retail
• Conduct design workshops and proofs of concept with client stakeholders
• Process large-scale distributed datasets using Apache Spark on Databricks
• Operate MLOps/LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD across the ML and LLM lifecycle
