Staff Engineer, Agentic AI

Lead the development of agent intelligence to automate complex engineering workflows. You will be a hands-on technical leader for a small AI team, defining agent architecture, building evaluation infrastructure, and partnering with experts to deliver reliable and cost-efficient AI capabilities.

• Own agent architecture for tool calling, state management, and error recovery
• Define and improve task success metrics, tracking workflow completion and cost
• Build rigorous evaluation infrastructure for LLM agents
• Hands-on technical leadership of a small AI engineering team
• Experience building LLM agents that take real-world actions
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with LLM application architecture
