What we are looking for 6
- Design and build ML/LLM solutions for data ingestion, knowledge extraction, and reasoning
- Create datasets, metrics, and pipelines for system improvements
- Architect and improve agents for context retrieval and knowledge extraction
- Establish MLOps practices including orchestration and experiment tracking
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams
- Define hiring criteria and grow the ML team
