About this role

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy Generative AI and AI-driven applications on Google Cloud Platform. You will move AI solutions from prototype to production, ensuring they are safe, scalable, and compliant within a regulated insurance environment. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and deploy Generative AI applications (chatbots, copilots, document intelligence)
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns with insurance data
Develop and deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging Vertex AI
Integrate AI services into existing business applications and workflows
Ensure Responsible AI, GDPR, and regulatory compliance in AI solutions
Strong Python development experience and experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
