Senior Machine Learning Engineer

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and scale AI-driven personalization products. You will architect, develop, and deploy ML systems that impact millions of customers, influencing how they manage their health and purchases. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, operationalizing ML systems, and improving ML infrastructure.

• Architect, design, build, and test end-to-end ML pipelines for personalization and marketing optimization
• Implement CI/CD for ML, including automated testing, model versioning, monitoring, and orchestration
• Lead design of Agentic AI solutions for marketing workflow automation
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and business teams to productionize ML solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers and data scientists
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing ML systems in a production environment
