AI Engineer

Pillsbury is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions for legal and business operations. You will collaborate with attorneys and business teams to translate needs into practical AI applications using technologies like Azure Databricks and LangGraph. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to production, and contribute to the firm's innovative AI initiatives.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows
• Partner with legal and business teams to identify AI opportunities
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and Azure services
• Develop prototypes and translate concepts into scalable production applications
• Build and maintain evaluation datasets and automated tests for AI quality
• Troubleshoot and continuously improve AI solutions based on performance analysis
