About this role

Join our Data & AI Engineering team as a hands-on ML/AI Engineer to build and automate scalable systems for the full machine learning lifecycle. You will lead Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD, GPU optimization, and large-scale model deployment, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI innovation.

What we are looking for

Build and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters for ML workloads
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Harness or similar tools
Deploy and optimize GPU-backed inference services
Establish end-to-end observability for models and pipelines
Operate MLflow for experiment tracking and model management
Strong Python, Kubernetes, and CI/CD expertise required
