Lead AI/ML Engineer

Carrier is seeking an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-driven solutions focusing on intelligent automation, document intelligence, and enterprise-scale AI applications. This role involves building and deploying applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent-based frameworks to drive operational efficiency and business value.

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Build and deploy applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks
• Develop AI-powered solutions for document processing, knowledge management, and conversational AI
• Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Support deployment, optimization, and monitoring of AI applications in production
